The 12 weeks
You follow a realistic case, such as a fintech onboarding flow, from kickoff brief to UAT plan, the same way a BA would on the job.
The IT BA role, the SDLC, Agile and Scrum vs Waterfall, and how BAs work with PMs and Product Owners.
Interviews and workshops, stakeholder mapping, prioritisation, and the 4C Framework: Clarity, Conflict, Consensus, Commitment.
BRDs and FRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, process and data modeling, and reading an API like a BA.
Traceability, UAT, change management, and working in regulated environments like fintech and telecoms.
Capstone presentation, CV and LinkedIn rewrite, mock interviews, and your ECBA roadmap.

IT Business Analyst
Ubon works in telecoms architecture and engineering, with earlier delivery across banking operations, fintech, RPA automation, and Open Banking regulatory work. Everything in this program comes from real projects, not textbook examples.

No. Most career changers come from research, banking, operations, or customer-facing roles. Week 1 starts from the basics.
Every session is recorded, so you can catch up and still submit that week's assignment.
The program covers the BABOK foundations and ends with a clear ECBA roadmap. Certification exams are taken separately through IIBA.
No honest program can promise that. You will leave with a portfolio, a sharper CV, and interview practice, which is what hiring managers look for.
The first cohort begins in November 2026. Exact dates and the session timetable are sent to enrolled students by email and WhatsApp once the cohort is full.
By bank transfer. After you complete the enrolment form, your account details and a personal reference appear on screen. Use that reference as the transfer narration so your payment can be matched to you.
Once the transfer lands and is verified, usually within 24 hours. You will get a WhatsApp or email confirmation. Until then your place is reserved, not confirmed.
If you withdraw before the cohort begins, you can request a refund less a 10% administrative fee, or transfer your place once to the next cohort at no cost. Once training has commenced, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If BA Bridge postpones or cancels the cohort, you may choose a full refund with no deduction or a place in the next cohort. Refund requests must be sent in writing to ubonanalyst@gmail.com and are processed within 14 working days.
